THE TAPE SHOULD SIT COMFORTABLY LOOSE. HIPS: MEASURE AROUND THE FULLEST PART OF YOUR LOW HIP. THE TAPE SHOULD SIT LEVEL ACROSS YOUR BACKSIDE. |
