Faithfull the Brand
About Faithfull the Brand
Each Faithfull garment is carefully designed, sourced and produced in Bali, Indonesia, by using handmade techniques such as hand-dying and hand-printing.
Our prints are inspired by findings in vintage markets & along our travels. In this way, travel plays a very special role in our design process - we love when we discover a rare and beautiful print oversees or in an exotic, unexpected location.
Produced entirely in Bali, we maintain close relationships with all of our local factories and employees after having worked directly with them for almost a decade.
It all started with a husband and wife duo, and as orders for Faithfull grew, this small factory has also been able to scale. Now, this same husband and wife employ a large team and continue to grow with us.
A decade later the production of each Faithfull garment is still a very special process and mostly a family run business. Our sewers, printers, dyers and weavers have mostly learned their skill set passed down generations through their families or villages.
We can proudly say that our production processes are both considered and ethical, and our team visits the factories weekly to check on production.
Utilizing local resources and talent is embedded in the moral compass of our brand. As Faithfull continues to scale, the hope is that we can continue to help local factories grow and support the community and Bali’s economy from within. In many ways the beautiful magic of Bali runs through each Faithfull piece, making each garment truly special and unique.
Faithfull believe in giving back and we are proud to support the local communities of Indonesia.
